This is a guided instinctive meditation – which means there are no rigid rules, no pressure to “clear your mind,” and nothing you have to get right. You’ll simply be guided to notice, allow, and settle your nervous system in a natural way.
Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, overthinking, or just needing a pause. Open to men and women in all seasons of life. No experience needed. Yoga mats are provided. Feel free to bring a pillows or blanket for extra comfort.
